Academic achievements:

  • Published over 120 SCI-indexed papers in leading system and control journals, including IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control and Automatica, among which 20 are ESI Highly Cited Papers. He received the 2010 Automatica Most Cited Article Award, the 2021 Control Theory and Technology Best Paper Award, the 2023 Wiley Open Science Excellent Contribution Author Award, the 2025 Journal of Systems Science & Complexity Best Paper Award, and the 2025 Control Theory and Technology Excellent Paper Award. He also received the Third Prize of the 2025 Sichuan Provincial Natural Science Award. He has filed over 10 invention patents, with 8 granted to date. He is the author/editor of Multi-Agent Systems: Modeling, Analysis, and Control (National Defense Industry Press, July 2019). He has served as Principal Investigator or key contributor to major research projects, including those funded by the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of the Ministry of Education. He has been recognized as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher (2025) and has been listed in the Stanford/Elsevier World’s Top 2% Scientists, both in the Career-Long Impact and Single-Year Impact categories, continuously from 2020 to 2025. He is also a recipient of the title of Academic and Technical Leader of Sichuan Province.
